His team was very prompt and friendly, and excellent in their field/skill. Basil, our tile guy, was like Michelangelo - very detailed and thorough! Vlad made suggestions for materials, always consulted me on updates or changes, and clearly communicated any changes in the job or costs. I even showed Vlad a Pinterest shelf I liked and he whipped it up - no problem! The contract was clear and professional, and the final bill held no surprises. We are thrilled with Vlad and his team!
